1. Instructions for product returns and exchanges
According to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, consumers have the right to appreciate the goods within seven days after they arrive.
The appreciation period is not a trial period, and returned goods must maintain:

● Complete packaging
● No traces of use
● Complete accessories
If the product has the following conditions, it will not be returned or exchanged:
● The product has been opened and used
● Man-made damage
● Incomplete accessories
● Exceeded the appreciation period
● Customized products

2. Mobile phone accessories
Products such as protective stickers, protective cases and films will not be returned or exchanged after they have been unpacked, used or constructed.

Maintenance is a customized technical service. In principle, the seven-day appreciation period does not apply after the repair is completed.
