Shipping Instructions
After placing an order (excluding the day of order), it will be shipped out in approximately 2-3 business days, excluding public holidays.
Delivery hours are Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM. No delivery is arranged on public holidays.
During holidays, due to a large number of orders or force majeure events, shipping may be delayed.
If you choose [Home Delivery]: The actual delivery status will depend on the route arranged by the delivery driver.
If you choose [Convenience Store]: Please pay attention to the arrival notification and pick up the goods within 7 days of arrival. Please do not fail to pick up the goods without a valid reason; any resulting shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
